SAFN Logistics LLC provides direct, U.S.-based reefer load-booking assistance for owner-operators and small carriers that already have active motor-carrier authority, USDOT registration, insurance, reefer equipment, and their own billing or factoring process. SAFN is led by Semir Kardas, a dispatcher and operations manager with more than 10 years of trucking experience, including daily work with a 45-truck reefer fleet. Before presenting a load, SAFN evaluates more than the posted rate. We consider the driver’s actual HOS/ELD, recap hours or reset plan, deadhead, pickup and delivery schedule, commodity, temperature requirements, weight, receiver conditions, destination market, and possible reload options. Every load is presented to the carrier for approval. No forced dispatch. SAFN’s service includes: Reefer load search Load evaluation Rate negotiation Broker communication Carrier approval before booking Booking of approved loads Rate-confirmation handoff SAFN’s standard service is complete once the carrier-approved load has been booked and the rate confirmation has been delivered. The carrier remains responsible for transportation, tracking, shipment paperwork, billing, factoring, collections, and claims unless something different is agreed upon in writing. Pricing Dispatch fees range from 5%–7% of the agreed gross freight rate on successfully completed loads only. The exact rate is agreed upon before service begins.
