Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

For California residents under the CCPA / CPRA.

Logbaza does not sell or share your personal information.

We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your CCPA / CPRA rights

As a California resident you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, the sources, the business purpose, and to whom we disclose it.
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete personal information we have collected about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — though we do not engage in either.
  • Limit our use of "sensitive personal information" — we do not collect it.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any right.

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@logbaza.com with the subject "CCPA Request" and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. Include enough information for us to verify your identity (the email associated with your Logbaza account, plus the company name).

We will respond within 45 days, with a possible extension of 45 more days for complex requests. We will not require you to create an account, charge a fee, or discriminate against you for making a request.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf — they must provide written authorization signed by you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" — even though we do not engage in those activities.
